Previously, Oleg and Agnessa Postnikov were given suspended imprisonment. On October 24, 2023, the court of the Jewish Autonomous Region confirmed the verdict of Jehovah's Witnesses Oleg and Agnessa Postnikov under CC. 1.1 and 2 art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (involvement in the activities of an extremist organization and participation in it).

In Karachay-Cherkessia, they continue to fine for the "Muslim Fortress". In October 2022, it became known that on August 22, the Malokarachaevsky District Court of Karachay-Cherkessia fined a thousand rubles under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (storage of extremist materials for the purpose of mass distribution) to Asiyat Baichorova. The reason was that on June 30, three copies of the 2004 edition of the book "Muslim's Fortress" were confiscated from her home.

The case of Oleg and Agnes Postnikov, convicted under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code, sent for revision. On October 11, 2022, the court of the Jewish Autonomous Region overturned the conviction of Jehovah's Witnesses Oleg and Agnessa Postnikov and sent the criminal case for a new trial to the court of first instance. In April, the Birobidzhansky District Court found the Postnikovs guilty of CC. 1.1 and 2 Art.

Due to the increase in the number of administrative cases under Art. 20.29 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (production and distribution of prohibited materials), we combine such cases into a single list for each month. The data are given without taking into account the decisions of the courts, which we consider to be clearly unlawful.

A resident of Stavropol is accused of public calls for extremism and the rehabilitation of Nazism. In October 2022, a case under Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities) and Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code (rehabilitation of Nazism).

The list of the Ministry of Justice included the Meta corporation, engaged in the implementation of social networks Facebook and Instagram. On October 11, 2022, the Russian Ministry of Justice listed Meta Platforms Inc. to the list of organizations in respect of which the court has made a final decision to liquidate or ban activities on the grounds provided for by the federal law "On Countering Extremist Activity".
