Dmitry Rozanov received a fine under Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for a humorous video. On September 20, 2022, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Lipetsk fined a thousand rubles under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public demonstration of Nazi symbols) by Dmitry Rozanov. A video "元首Rap：江南Style Gangnam Style from Hitler" containing Nazi symbols was posted on Rozanov's VKontakte page.

For posting an ad with Nazi symbols, a resident of Ivanovo was fined. On September 19, 2022, the Soviet District Court fined Ivanov a thousand rubles under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public demonstration of Nazi symbols) by Petr Blinov. Blinov posted an ad on the Internet for the sale of foreign awards. Among the photographs accompanying the announcement was one with Nazi symbols.

Olga Shesternina explained in court that the sticker was given to her as a talisman. On September 21, 2022, the Pervorechensky District Court of Vladivostok fined a local resident Olga Shesternina in the amount of a thousand rubles under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The reason for the persecution of a resident of Vladivostok was a sticker with a Kolovrat, which the police found on the back of her car.

A resident of the Chelyabinsk region was charged under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. On October 13, 2022, the investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Chelyabinsk Region announced that a Jehovah's Witness had been charged under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization).

The sentence of believer Evgeny Bushev was reduced from 7 to 6 years in prison. On April 25, 2024, the Chelyabinsk Regional Court commuted the sentence of Jehovah's Witness Evgeniy Bushev under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organizing the activities of an extremist organization). The sentence was reduced from seven to six years in a general regime colony. The first instance, the Kalininsky District Court of Chelyabinsk, announced the verdict against Bushev on November 7, 2023.

Mikhail Alferov was arrested for 12 days under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for videos criticizing the police and the judiciary. On September 21, 2022, the Kirovsky District Court of Kemerovo arrested for 12 days under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (inciting hatred or enmity) of the local opposition leader Mikhail Alferov.

The court passed a verdict under Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code to Evgeniy Bushev. On November 7, 2023, the Kalininsky District Court of Chelyabinsk sentenced Jehovah's Witness Evgeniy Bushev. He was sentenced to seven years in prison. Earlier it was reported that Bushev was accused under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization), however, in the Bushev case file on the court’s website, Part 1 of Art.
