A resident of Novokuznetsk received a day of arrest for inciting hatred towards government officials
Maxim Pavlov was held liable under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. On January 20, 2023, the Zavodskoy District Court of Novokuznetsk, Kemerovo Region, appointed Maxim Pavlov a day of arrest under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity). The reason for the persecution was four comments that Pavlov left on one of the social networks in January, February and August 2022.

Under the Volgograd Muftiate, the “Faith for Ours” movement was created
On February 5, 2023, it became known about the creation of the patriotic movement "Faith for Ours" under the Volgograd Muftiate of the Spiritual Assembly of Muslims of Russia, which was headed by the Mufti of the Volgograd Region Bata Kifah Mohamad. The purpose of the movement is to provide assistance to participants in hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, to collect humanitarian aid.

Publisher Ezhaev sentenced to 17 years in prison
On February 3, 2023, the Second Western District Military Court found the head of the Umma publishing house, Aslambek Ezhaev, guilty under Part 4 of Art. 205.1 of the Criminal Code (organization of financing of terrorist activities) and sentenced him to 17 years in prison. A criminal case has been opened in Kazan regarding the activities of adherents of “Allya-Ayat”
As a suspect under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code, Aidar Galiev was detained. February 2, 2023 in Kazan, as part of the investigation of the case under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organization of the activities of an extremist organization) searched the homes of local adherents of the Alla-Ayat teaching, including their premises in the office center.
