On February 15, 2023, the Central District Court of Novokuznetsk fined local resident Oleg Sibirkin 10,000 rubles. On February 17, 2023, during a debate in the Sosnovoborsk City Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the state prosecutor asked that Jehovah's Witness Yury Yakovlev be sentenced to eight years in a penal colony. The believer is accused under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organization of the activities of an extremist organization).

The publications of Irina Lopanova on VKontakte became the reason for bringing to criminal responsibility. On February 21, 2023, it became known that Irina Lopanova, a resident of Obninsk in the Kaluga region, was charged under the article on repeated discrediting the use of Russian armed forces (Part 1, Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code). There is no official confirmation of this information yet.

The court appointed Yegor Ledyakin six months of restriction of freedom. On April 3, 2023, the justice of the peace of court district No. 8 of the Kirovsky district of Yekaterinburg sentenced the artist Yegor Ledyakin, known under the pseudonym Leonid Cherny, to six months of restriction of freedom, finding him guilty of vandalism motivated by political hatred or enmity (part 2 of article 214 UK).
