An activist from the Lipetsk region was suspected of discrediting the armed forces
A criminal case was opened against Stanislav Korvyakov under Art. 280.3 of the Criminal Code. On February 21, 2023, it became known that the department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Lipetsk Region opened a criminal case against local activist Stanislav Korvyakov. He is suspected of repeatedly discrediting the use of the Russian armed forces (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code).

A resident of Novokuznetsk was fined for publishing about police officers
Oleg Sibirkin was brought to justice under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. On February 15, 2023, the Central District Court of Novokuznetsk fined local resident Oleg Sibirkin 10,000 rubles. He was found guilty under Art. 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation on the basis of belonging to a social group). The protocol against Sibirkin was drawn up because of the publication in VKontakte.

An artist from Yekaterinburg was sentenced under Art. 214 CC
The court appointed Yegor Ledyakin six months of restriction of freedom. On April 3, 2023, the justice of the peace of court district No. 8 of the Kirovsky district of Yekaterinburg sentenced the artist Yegor Ledyakin, known under the pseudonym Leonid Cherny, to six months of restriction of freedom, finding him guilty of vandalism motivated by political hatred or enmity (part 2 of article 214 UK). The reason for the persecution was the application of anti-war inscriptions on city objects.
