On April 7, 2023, it became known about the detention in the village of Savinovo, Krasnoufimsky district, Sverdlovsk region, Pentecostal Eduard Charov, rector of the monastery of mercy for the homeless. A case was brought against him under Art. 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the RF Armed Forces). The reason for initiating the case was his publications in social networks.

On April 8, 2023, in Ufa, several young people marched in the area of ​​Lenin Street towards Pushkin Street, shouting the banned slogan “Russia for the Russians.” In addition, the marchers threw up their hands in the Nazi salute. The march was filmed by passers-by. Perhaps the young people chanted other slogans, but this was left behind the scenes. Judging by the video, 8-9 people participated.
