A resident of Bashkortostan was sentenced to 5.5 years in prison under Art. 205.2 and 205.5 CC
Karina Garipova was found guilty of involvement in the Columbine movement, which is recognized as a terrorist organization in Russia. On March 19, 2024, the Central District Military Court sentenced 18-year-old resident of Bashkortostan Karina Garipova to five and a half years in a general regime colony. She was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 205.2 (propaganda of terrorism) and Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of a terrorist organization).

Novgorod region: verdict in case of rehabilitation of Nazism
On June 13, 2023, the Novgorod Regional Court delivered a sentence under paragraph “c” of part 2 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code (rehabilitation of Nazism) to 25-year-old Maxim Iselovich. Alena Krylova was sentenced to two years in prison under Art. 282.1 CC.
