Blogger Sergei Drugov is accused under Part 4 of Art. 354.1 CC. On June 16, 2023, it became known that the Supreme Court of the Republic of Karelia was considering a criminal case under Part 4 of Art.

Case under Part 1 of Art. 280.3 of the Criminal Code was initiated against Natalya Kuklina back in December 2022. On March 20, 2024, the Petrozavodsk City Court received a criminal case against Natalya Kuklina, accused under Part 1 of Art. 280.3 of the Criminal Code (repeated discrediting of the use of the Russian armed forces). The case, initiated on December 12, 2022, became known in June 2023 from the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Karelia.

On June 16, 2023, from a resolution on the website of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Karelia, it became known that on December 12, 2022, a criminal case was initiated under Part 1 of Art. 280.3 of the Criminal Code (repeated discrediting of the use of the Russian armed forces) against Petrozavodsk resident Natalya Kuklina.

According to the investigation, the detainees planned to blow up the building of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Pyatigorsk. In June 2023, two residents of Pyatigorsk were detained in the Stavropol Territory, suspected of involvement in the illegal manufacture of explosives with the aim of committing a terrorist act on the territory of the region.

Roman Adestov was sentenced to a year in prison, but has already served this term in prison. On June 15, 2023, the Kovrov City Court found Jehovah's Witness Roman Adestov from the village of Ivanovo guilty under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization) and sentenced him to a year in prison and 11 months of restriction of freedom.

The court sentenced Sergei Drugov to forced labor. On October 16, 2023, the Second Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction upheld the sentence handed down to blogger Sergei Drugov by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Karelia on July 25. He was sentenced to two years of forced labor with a three-year ban on administering websites on the Internet under Part 4 of Art.
