Zurab Dzhabrailov and Jeyhun Fikret oglu Rustamov became defendants in a criminal case regarding involvement in an extremist organization. On December 5, 2023, the Khabarovsk Regional Court upheld the prosecutor’s appeal and overturned the sentence of Jehovah’s Witnesses from the village of Knyaze-Volkonsky, 64-year-old Lyubov Ovchinnikova and 65-year-old Lyubov Kocherova. The case was sent for a new trial in a different court.

On August 1, 2023, the Khabarovsk District Court found Jehovah's Witnesses from the village of Knyaze-Volkonsky, Khabarovsk Territory, 64-year-old Lyubov Ovchinnikova and 65-year-old Lyubov Kocherova guilty under CC. 1.1 and 2 art.

“Citizen of the USSR” received six years probation. On August 1, 2023, it became known that the Oktyabrsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk issued a verdict in a criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (organizing the activities of an extremist organization). According to a report from the Russian FSB Directorate for the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the sentence was passed on the head of the regional cell of the Union of Slavic Forces of Rus' organization banned in Russia.
