After the partial decriminalization of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code, a new article has appeared in the Code of Administrative Offenses - 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity). We collect the decisions made on it into a single list on a monthly basis.

Ai-Tana Tugudin, who, according to Art. 280.3 of the Criminal Code, she was sentenced to forced labor; she was unable to appeal the verdict. On September 27, 2023, the Supreme Court of the Altai Republic upheld the sentence imposed on resident of Gorno-Altaisk Ai-Tana Tugudina. On August 7, 2023, it became known that the Moscow government decided to finance the restoration and improvement of the Trinity-Odigitrievsky stauropegial convent of Zosimov Pustyn in New Moscow.
