Alexey Kupriyanov was convicted under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. On September 15, 2023, the Kovrov City Court of the Vladimir Region sentenced Jehovah's Witness Alexey Kupriyanov. The court found him guilty under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization) and sentenced to a year in prison, as well as an additional penalty of six months of restriction of freedom.

A resident of Lipetsk is accused of xenophobic publications on social networks. On September 21, 2023, the Russian Investigative Committee for the Lipetsk Region announced that the investigation into the criminal case of a 65-year-old local resident had been completed. He is accused under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement to hatred, enmity, as well as humiliation of the dignity of a person or group of persons based on nationality).

For drunken shouts from the balcony, Pavel Fruktin was punished under several articles of the Administrative Code. On August 31, 2023, the Yalta City Court found local resident Pavel Fruktin guilty under three articles of the Administrative Code. Earlier that same day, Fruktin, standing on the balcony of his own apartment in a state of alcoholic intoxication, shouted Ukrainian slogans, interspersed with obscene language.

Denis Mamchits was fined one and a half thousand rubles under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offences. On September 21, 2023, the Central District Court of Novokuznetsk fined Denis Mamchits one and a half thousand rubles under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials).

“USSR citizen” from Chuvashia Andrei Kuznetsov was sent to a pre-trial detention center. On August 7, 2023, a criminal case was opened in Chuvashia under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of hatred) against “USSR citizen” Andrei Kuznetsov. He was sent to a pre-trial detention center. On August 14, Kuznetsov was added to the list of extremists and terrorists. On September 19, the “citizen of the USSR” was detained and sent to a pre-trial detention center.
