A gang of teenagers appeared in Belgorod, beating passers-by for the sake of filming a video. On January 16, 2024, in Belgorod, the leader of a group of teenagers who were filming fights and then publishing the beatings on their Telegram channel was detained. Judging by the video, the teenagers fought among themselves, and also attacked and beat passers-by, filming what was happening on camera.
