A verdict was passed under Art. 280 Criminal Code
Artem Nekrasov received two years probation. On February 19, 2024, the Shpakovsky District Court of the Stavropol Territory sentenced a resident of the village of Sengileevskoye, Artem Nekrasov. According to the FSB, he posted several publications with public calls for extremist activities. A criminal case was initiated under Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremist activities). The court found Nekrasov guilty and sentenced him to two years of suspended imprisonment.

Leader of a group of football fans sentenced to forced labor
A 19-year-old leader of an ultra-right group of football fans was sentenced in Tula. Let us recall that in November 2023, security forces detained an offender for repeated demonstration of Nazi symbols. During the search, a T-shirt with extremist symbols was confiscated from him, as well as “Tula Skinheads” stickers. He was sentenced on March 1, 2024 by the Sovetsky District Court of Tula. The court sentenced the accused to 320 hours of compulsory labor under Part 1 of Art.

Sentenced for participation in the Ahlu al-Sunnah wa-l-Jamaat group
On March 5, 2024, the Southern District Military Court sentenced the prisoners of the colony under Part 2 of Art. 205.4 of the Criminal Code in Kalmykia for the creation of the Ahlu al-Sunnah wa-l-Jamaat community. According to the press service, in 2013, a terrorist community called “Ahlyu al-Sunnah wa-l-Jamaat” was created on the territory of one of the colonies in Kalmykia.

On March 4, 2024, the Central District Court of Tolyatti sentenced Jehovah's Witness Elena Kozhevnikova to two years of suspended imprisonment. A resident of Krasnodar was arrested for 15 days because of a Ukrainian slogan
Andrei Maksimov was found guilty in two administrative cases under Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offences. On March 1, 2024, the Prikubansky District Court of Krasnodar ordered 15 days of arrest in two administrative cases against local resident Andrei Maksimov. He was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Administrative Code (public display of symbols of an extremist organization).
