Graffiti measuring 50x50 centimeters with neo-Nazi symbols was discovered on the facade of a building on Partizan Germana Street on February 26. Vladimir Trofimovich was found guilty under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offences. On March 11, 2024, the Belebeevsky City Court of Bashkortostan fined turner Vladimir Trofimovich one thousand rubles under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials).

On March 22, 2024, FSB officers reported that they had detained seven people maintaining contact with the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK), banned in Russia. According to the FSB, they “discussed with their handlers from Ukraine violent actions against law enforcement officers, military personnel and foreigners.” During the searches, a machete, a tactical ax, 8 knives, an aerosol pistol and pepper spray, and flags with Nazi symbols were found and confiscated.

The court found Natalya Volkova guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offences. On March 19, 2024, the Kerch City Court of Crimea fined Natalya Volkova one thousand rubles under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Administrative Code (public display of symbols of an extremist organization). The reason for the persecution was Volkova’s posts on her page called “Natalia Modny-Wardrobe” on VKontakte.

Vyacheslav Golikov was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offences. On March 25, 2024, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow fined two thousand rubles under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public display of symbols of an extremist organization) by Vyacheslav Golikov, a member of the electoral commission with the right to a decisive vote.
