Andrey Lotsmanov was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 Code of Administrative Offences. On April 3, 2024, the Shilovsky District Court of the Ryazan Region fined local resident Andrei Lotsmanov one thousand rubles under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Administrative Code (public display of symbols of an extremist organization). The reason for the persecution was a sticker with a Svarogov square, which Lotsmanov pasted on the back door of his car.

In Kemerovo, a court sentenced a 42-year-old local resident, found guilty of xenophobic calls against people from the Caucasus, to 1.5 years of suspended imprisonment. On March 27, 2024, a verdict was passed in Kemerovo under Part 2 of Art. 280 of the Criminal Code (public calls for extremism).

Dzhabrail Bammatov, Magomed Nuranmatov, Nariman Nasrullaev and Magomedali Magomedov were found guilty of displaying symbols of an extremist organization due to stickers on cars. On February 2, 2024, the Buinaksky District Court of Dagestan fined local resident Dzhabrail Bammatov one thousand rubles under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Administrative Code (public display of symbols of an extremist organization) with confiscation of the subject of the offense.

On March 21, 2024, the Balakhninsky City Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region fined Natalya Samoilova two thousand rubles under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Administrative Code (propaganda or demonstration of symbols of an extremist organization).

Earlier, during the second appeal hearing of Chanysheva’s case in April 2024, she was sentenced to nine and a half years in prison. On August 1, 2024, Liliya Chanysheva, ex-coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters in Ufa, was found guilty under Part 3 of Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code (creation of an extremist community using official position) and two more articles of the Criminal Code, she was pardoned and released as part of a prisoner exchange between Russia and Western countries.

The believer Valery Baylo from the village of Kholmskaya was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code. On July 3, 2024, the Abinsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory sentenced Jehovah's Witness Valery Bailo to two and a half years in prison under Part 2 of Art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of an extremist organization).

A resident of Irkutsk was sentenced to three years and eleven months in prison. The court found him guilty of rehabilitating Nazism, justifying terrorism and desecrating the Russian flag. On July 16, 2024, the Military Court of Appeal reduced by a month, to three years and eleven months, the term assigned to a native of Ukraine and now a resident of Irkutsk, Alexander Skvortsov.
