A resident of Irkutsk, sentenced to imprisonment for comments on Telegram and torn down the Russian flag, had his sentence slightly reduced
A resident of Irkutsk was sentenced to three years and eleven months in prison. The court found him guilty of rehabilitating Nazism, justifying terrorism and desecrating the Russian flag. On July 16, 2024, the Military Court of Appeal reduced by a month, to three years and eleven months, the term assigned to a native of Ukraine and now a resident of Irkutsk, Alexander Skvortsov.
