At the end of March 2024, Vladimir Zherebtsov was arrested for 15 days. The reason for this was the unbanned song “Alice”. In May it became known that on March 26, 2024, the Kiev District Court of Simferopol arrested for 15 days under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials) by Vladimir Zherebtsov. The reason was the song “Sky of the Slavs” performed by the group “Alice”, which was found on Zherebtsov’s page on VKontakte.

From April 29 to May 5, 2024, a new batch of videos with direct actions appeared in far-right Telegram channels. The video, in particular, showed attacks on people of non-Slavic appearance, the homeless, the drunk, and lured into fake dates. Some of the attacks were dedicated to May 5, a day which the far right considers “the day of hatred and revenge” and is timed to coincide with 40 days after the death of the famous neo-Nazi Maxim Bazylev (Adolf) .

Due to the increase in the number of administrative cases under Art. 20.29 of the Administrative Code (production and distribution of prohibited materials), we combine similar cases for each month into a single list. The data is presented without taking into account court decisions, which we consider clearly unlawful.

They tried to bring Aida Nuriyeva to justice for a poster mentioning Navalny. The judges of the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa twice - on February 26 and March 15, 2024 - refused to consider the administrative violation report drawn up against Aida Nurieva under Part 1 of Art. 20.3 of the Administrative Code (public display of symbols of an extremist organization). Nuriyeva was detained in Ufa on February 24, 2024.

In the Rostov region, police detained activists of the Russian Community. On May 6 and 7, 2024, the Bataisky City Court of the Rostov Region imposed 3 days of administrative arrest on those detained from the “Russian Community” under Art. 20.2.2 Code of Administrative Offenses (organization of mass simultaneous presence and (or) movement of citizens in public places, resulting in a violation of public order).
