Neo-Nazi attack on two children in a sandbox
A video appeared on one of the far-right Telegram channels where a neo-Nazi sprayed a gas canister in the face of two girls with “non-Slavic appearance” who were playing in a sandbox. On September 4, 2024, a video of an attack on two small children in a sandbox appeared in one of the far-right Telegram channels. The recording shows how the far-right man approaches two girls of “non-Slavic appearance” who were playing in the sandbox and sprays a gas cylinder at them.

A Crimean citizen was re-arrested because of the video “Lightning! Bandera in Crimea! on VKontakte
Daniil Stvolin was found guilty under Art. 20.29 of the Administrative Code because of a video about how events would have developed in Crimea if a referendum had not been held there in 2014. On September 12, it became known that on August 31, 2024, the Kiev District Court of Simferopol arrested Crimean resident Daniil Stvolin for 15 days. He was found guilty under Art. 20.29 Code of Administrative Offenses (mass distribution of extremist materials).

In Bashkortostan, a case was opened for the rehabilitation of Nazism due to the desecration of a war monument
As part of the case, two residents of Neftekamsk were sent to a pre-trial detention center and are accused under Part 4 of Art. 354.1 CC. Their friend was interrogated in the case as a suspect. On September 11, 2024, the department of the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Bashkortostan announced the initiation of a criminal case under Part 4 of Art.

In Nevinnomyssk, a case was opened for the rehabilitation of Nazism due to lighting a cigarette from the Eternal Flame
The 37-year-old defendant in the case was placed under house arrest. On September 13, 2024, the office of the Investigative Committee for the Stavropol Territory announced the initiation of a criminal case against a 37-year-old resident of the neighboring region. He is suspected under Part 3 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code (desecration of symbols of military glory).
