Several dozen relatives of the person responsible for the accident were expelled from the Chechen village
In Chechnya, 35 male relatives of the perpetrator of a fatal road accident were expelled from their village and from the territory of the republic, they told the Memorial human rights center. As those expelled stated, the police took part in their eviction. On the evening of November 27, 2016, Alam Khadzhaev, a resident of the village of Achkhoy-Martan, was returning home in his car from Grozny. Besides him, his 10-year-old son and cousin Naib were in the car.
