In St. Petersburg, a policeman “out of friendly intentions” did not stop the beating of a detainee to death
The St. Petersburg court fined PPS inspector Artem Blyzhkov, who did not stop his subordinate who beat the detainee to death. Subsequently, Blyzhkov “out of friendly intentions” hid the circumstances of the man’s death, reports the telegram channel of the United Press Service of the Courts of St. Petersburg. As follows from the case materials, on August 19, 2017, the police patrol squad for the Primorsky district, headed by Blyzhkov, detained a man for an administrative offense.
