In the Primorsky Territory, 120 thousand people were left without electricity due to the cyclone. This was reported by the press service of the regional government. During November 18, up to 29 millimeters of precipitation fell in Primorye. Wind gusts reached 27 meters per second. During the night, freezing rain and snow fell throughout almost the entire region. Because of the cyclone, roads, trees, cars became icy and accidents occurred on power lines.
