A large family from Primorye asked the Ministry of Labor to change the rules for providing presidential payments
Yulia Mishina, a mother of many children from the Primorsky Territory, told Taki Dela that she was denied the presidential payment , which is due to families with children, where the income per person does not exceed the subsistence level. According to Mishina, officials took into account the pension of her disabled child in the family’s income, but the bank does not consider this money as income, so, for example, the family cannot get a mortgage.
