Hundreds of thousands of drivers on the streets of Moscow go along their routes without passengers past hundreds of thousands of pedestrians in need of transport here and now. Pedestrians are concentrated in residential buildings and offices, at stops, at shops, at the metro stations, on roads from microdistricts and on trunk streets. In these places, each pedestrian at any time, except for the deep night, with a high probability, there will be a passing driver at least on part of the journey.
