Forgotten renovation: hundreds of houses in Moscow can be demolished according to the documents signed under Luzhkov
The Bell found hundreds of houses in various areas of Moscow, which the city authorities can demolish, not particularly consulting with tenants. In total, we discovered almost 980 such buildings, of which two -thirds fell under renovation, and the rest of the city hall, if desired, could be allowed to be demolished by decisions signed under Yuri Luzhkov. Vice-mayor of Moscow Marat Khusnullin denies that the city has such plans.
