The Moscow City Hall, through its company OOO Mezhregionrazvitie, will buy the former building of the Ministry of Economic Development, with an area of almost 30 hectares, for 3.37 billion rubles, Vedomosti reports . In addition to Mezhregionrazvitie and another company also owned by the mayor's office (the 17th taxi park), 4 private firms participated in the competition. The starting bid was 2.7 billion rubles, and no one beat the mayor's offer, which was a billion more.
