Rivian rises another 37% after super-successful IPO
Tesla competitor Rivian, which just went IPO above the upper limit, has risen in price by almost 40% since the start of trading. Rivian's initial offering was $78 per share at a valuation of $77 billion. The company raised $12 billion, making it the largest IPO in the US this year. But at the opening of public trading, Rivian shares rose 37% to $106, and its capitalization, including options, exceeded $100 billion.
