The government did not support the transfer of a stake in Rostelecom to Rostec
The government did not support the transfer of the state-owned 35.91% of Rostelecom to the state corporation Rostec, writes Kommersant , citing sources. According to the publication, one of the reasons for this decision was the fear that in the event of a share transfer, the relevant Deputy Prime Minister and member of the board of directors of Rostelecom Dmitry Chernyshenko, as well as the Ministry of Digital Transformation, would lose leverage over the company.
