The case of the son of a judge who killed a squirrel was terminated for the lack of a crime
The Presidium of the St. Petersburg City Court terminated the criminal case against Elisha Vladimirov, the son of a judge who shot a squirrel in the Central Park of Culture and Rest on Elagin Island. According to Fontanka, citing a convicted lawyer, the court agreed with the arguments of the defense about the absence in the actions of Vladimirov’s actions “cruelty to animals”, since the squirrel died without torment from one shot. Meanwhile, it was previously reported that Vladimirov shot twice.
