The number of Muscovites, who first identified HIV, over a year increased by 20%. Such data are indicated in the statistical collection of the Ministry of Health, writes RBC. In 2017, Moscow recorded 20.4% more cases of the disease compared to 2016. In 2017, this indicator amounted to 2.9 thousand people, and in 2016-2.4 thousand. In the Chukotsk Autonomous Okrug, the growth of the number of new sick people amounted to 151.7% (from 29 to 73 people), and in Tyu - 133.3% (from 9 to 21 people).
