For the first time in its practice, the European Court of Human Rights accepted the case of the parental rights of a transgender person, writes Kommersant. A citizen of Russia filed a complaint to the ECHR, previously, according to the documents, she was a man and was married in which two children were born. According to the publication, the applicant was born in 1972 “genetically and phenotypically” a man. In 2008, A. M., who had not yet changed the floor, married a Russian woman.
