France fined Google € 220 million due to "abuse of dominant position in the advertising market"
The antimonopoly department of France (French Competition Authority (FCA) reported that Google was fined by € 220 million, suspecting the company in the dominant position in the advertising market located on Internet sites and in mobile applications. According to FCA, Google to the detriment of its competitors provided privileges to its Google Ad Manager service, as well as the DFP’s ads of the SSP AdX platform, which is carried out in it, through which advertising places are offered.
