The authorities of Uzbekistan have restored access to Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, which were blocked by the State Inspectorate for Control in the Field of Informatization and Telecommunications (Uzngomnadzor). The head of the department Golibsher Ziyaev was dismissed for these “erroneous and inconsistent actions,” said Sherzod Assadov, a press secretary of the President of Uzbekistan.
