Finland from July 1 will again begin to issue visas to the Russians. But Russia retains restrictions on leaving the country
Finland from June 30 removes anti -icing restrictions on entry into the country, and from July 1 again begins to issue tourist visas to the Russians. This was reported on the website of the Finnish Embassy in Russia. For entry into the country, neither a vaccination certificate, nor the PCR test is no longer required. At the same time, Russia retains restrictions on its part, so it will not yet be possible to get to Finland directly, only with a transplant, for example, in Istanbul.
