Russia fires missiles at Ukraine, hitting Lviv, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, and the Poltava, Kirovohrad, and Zhytomyr regions
Following the missile strike on Kyiv and Dnipro, explosions shook Ternopil, Lviv, and the Zhytomyr and Khmelnytskyi regions. Zhytomyr has gone into a complete blackout; electricity is also missing in individual districts of Kyiv, Lviv, and Ternopil. Kyiv has stopped the trains on one of its subway lines to use the stations as air-raid shelters. According to Ukrainian media and the heads of regional military administrations, several attacks were launched on the Poltava and the Kirovohrad regions.
