Finland will demolish the building of the Russian Consulate General of Russia, closed as response measures
The authorities of the Finnish city of Turku will buy the building of the Russian Consulate General, which stopped working on October 1, 2023, and then demolish it. It is reported by Yle. According to the publication, the decision was unanimously made by the city council on November 27. The amount of the transaction will be 1.6 million euros. The municipality will pay 1.6 million euros of the Senate Properties state company, which owned a plot of 3,500 m².
