Russian court orders US citizen Joseph Tater to be held until October on criminal charges for disorderly conduct at hotel
By decision of the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow, American Joseph Tater was arrested until October 14. He was accused of using violence against a government official, for which he could receive up to five years in prison. The investigation claims that on August 12, Tater was refused entry to the Radisson Hotel due to the lack of a migration card. Because of this, he came into conflict with the hotel administration, who called the police, who took him to the police station.
