WSJ: The Russian authorities handed over the Mariupol metallurgical plant named after Ilyich to Kadyrov and his henchmen for plunder
Ramzan Kadyrov received the Ilyich Metallurgical Plant at his disposal after the capture of Mariupol by the Russian Armed Forces, writes The Wall Street Journal. Now his men are looting the enterprise, taking away steel, coal and equipment. According to the publication, this process is in charge of Vakhit Geremeev, Kadyrov’s advisor. The unit he commands officially guards the plant, but in reality it is exclusively engaged in the removal of equipment and resources from there.
