The Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs issued a fine to the OSCE Chairman and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Finland, Elina Valtonen, who attended a protest rally near the Georgian parliament. As the Georgian First Channel reports , citing the country's Ministry of Internal Affairs, the foreign diplomat was fined 5,000 lari ($1,800). Interpress News clarifies that Valtonen was accused of “blocking the road” on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi. It is not specified whether she will pay a fine.
