According to Daily NK, citing sources in the country, such goods are actively sold in markets in Hyesan, Ryanggang Province. On the shelves you can find down jackets from supposedly famous brands - Fila, Descente and Polo - which, as sellers say, came from South Korea, Japan and the USA via China. Their price reaches approximately $415.
