Study or business? Representatives of the Skolkovo Foundation and the state corporation Russian Technologies are discussing in Tomsk the prospects for the development of a new type of university - entrepreneurial universities. Students not only study there, but also work on business projects. Such universities may appear on the basis of Tomsk universities - TUSUR and TPU.

The developers plan to present the first such cars in two years. Professor of the Department of Industrial Electronics of TUSUR Gennady Mikhalchenko reported the project to the TV2 news agency. “Traffic jams have already plagued Europe, the USA, and Japan decades earlier than Russia. Electric vehicles of various configurations and purposes are produced there, including buses, trolleybuses and cars,” said Gennady Mikhalchenko.
