Summer has hit the south of Russia At the beginning of the week, a second wave of stifling heat hit southern Russia. In the Rostov region, Dagestan, Chechnya, Krasnodar region, Astrakhan region, Ingushetia, thermometers again crept up to 40 degrees Celsius, and in some places they crossed this psychological and climatic barrier.
