The main thesis of the second part of the article is as follows: there are “good” national-cultural autonomies in Stavropol, but they do not have any authority among the Chechens and Dagestanis who arrived in the region (who mainly participate in the events): “It seems that they have been pushed to the sidelines of political life new politicians who prefer to work with the street and not with the authorities. And their goals are completely different . "

The head of the neo-pagan "Union of Slavic Communities of the Slavic Native Faith" Vladimir Nesterov (who appears in the article as a respectable leader of the national association, and the full name of his organization is not mentioned, apparently to avoid allusions to paganism) tells the journalist that with "visitors from the national republics" " there is a dense ideological pumping, they are being worked with . " "Why did two buses from Chechnya enter the city on the 25th, and their passengers disappeared into Stavropol? And on the 26th, a convoy of cars drove into the city from the Dagestan side? The author concludes: "... Caucasian youth, the" generation of war ", who does not remember the international paradise of the USSR and sees only an enemy in Russia, is already demanding from life - according to their views and needs. And this sign will be more terrible than any fight, even the most massive and the most cruel" .

One can only regret that the editors of Komsomolskaya Pravda published this undoubtedly one-sided and provocative material against the backdrop of serious tensions in Stavropol.
