Two organizing committees of the "Russian March 2007"

Belov said that this year the march will be held under the slogans “Russian power to the Russian people!”, “Enough!”, “Stop fooling the people!”, “Enough of the Kadyrovs!”, “Enough of the appointed deputies!”, “Stop strangling freedom!" .

On September 27, the head of the People's Union party, Sergei Baburin, who held the Russian March in 2006, said that his party had created its own organizing committee for the march, headed by deputy Viktor Alksnis. The organizing committee included deputies Irina Savelyeva, Nikolai Kuryanovich and others. According to Baburin, there are no representatives of DPNI there. For the “People's Union” the main slogan will be “For Russian Russia,” said S. Baburin.

Both authors of the applications do not exclude the possibility of joining forces. Leader Baburin noted that the People's Union is ready to cooperate with any march participants who “fully share the ideas of the party and are interested in supporting Russian civilization, the Russian language and Orthodoxy.” “Whether this will all be agreed upon and whether a single “Russian March” will take place, or whether the patriotic forces will march again in different columns; it is unknown.” S. Baburin also added that the “People's Union” intends to convince the authorities that “it is impossible to reduce the “Russian March” to a rally, it must be a march of youth, veterans, organized and capacious, along the streets of our cities.”
