On April 13, 2012, the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Dagestan announced that the Sovetsky District Court of the city of Makhachkala recognized the Guraba website (portal guraba.net, guraba.info) as extremist.
During the prosecutor's investigation, a video message from Aliaskhab Kebekov was discovered on the Guraba information website, calling for “jihad” and disobedience to the current government, including with weapons in hand. The video recording was sent for research to the Republican Center for Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Dagestan. The results of the study confirmed the presence there of “statements aimed at justifying terrorism and extremism, at recognizing the ideology and practice of terrorism and extremism as correct.”
Based on the results of the inspection, the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Dagestan filed a petition in court to recognize the speeches of Aliaskhab Kebekov and the entire site as extremist.
The court satisfied the demands of the republican prosecutor's office in full.
Let us recall that previously severalmaterials from the site guraba.net were also recognized as extremist, and the entire site was blocked by the prosecutor's office of the Omsk region. Sources
