Another court in Shakhty restricted access to “extremist” sites

On May 24, 2012, the decision of the Proletarian District Court of the city of Shakhty, Rostov Region, according to which the city provider LLC "Prestige-Internet" is obliged to restrict access to sites with materials containing "public calls to carry out extremist activities, incite hatred or enmity" by blocking the IP addresses of these sites. The names of sites and materials are not reported.

Recall that we consider it essentially illegal to close access to the entire site due to one or more prohibited texts, although the Supreme court and considers otherwise. In addition, most likely, these sites host many prohibited materials.
