At the end of July 2012, it became known that on July 4, 2012 The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation refused representatives of the Krasnodar organization of the Center for Spiritual and Physical improvement of Falun Dafa in resolving the supervisory complaint against decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Krasnodar dated October 27, 2011 on recognition extremist teaching materials. Having learned about the decision of the Supreme Court, the lawyers of the Krasnodar Falun Gong organizations filed a lawsuit with the European Court of Human Rights.

Recall that the court banned the fundamental book "Falun Dafa" "Zhuan Falun", as well as a number of information and human rights materials: "Report on verification of allegations of organ harvesting from Falun Gong in China", "Falun Dafa in the World" and "World Torch Relay for Human Rights".

The SOVA Center wrote about gross violations during the trial. In addition, we have repeatedly stated that we believe the persecution of Falun Dafa is unfounded and illegal.
