The decision to recognize the information contained in the relevant page of the site "People's Rights in Ukraine", banned, was issued on July 27, 2015 by the Elnikovsky District Court of the Republic of Mordovia. The solution itself is not published, and the arguments of the court are unknown to us. As a reminder, in order for the court to recognize information as prohibited for distribution in Russia, it must contain materials previously recognized by the court as extremist. Of course, the report on racial did not contain discrimination against such materials, so it is not at all clear what served in this case as the basis for the lawsuit and the decision of the court.
