Tomorrow in the northern capital, the VI St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum will open. In October, the Telegram channel of the editor -in -chief of Echo of Moscow, Alexei Venediktov, published photographs of an official note with a listing of unwanted participants in the forum, written by the First Deputy Minister of Culture Vladimir Aristarkhov in the name of state secretary Alexander Zhuravsky. The authenticity of the document, in which, among others, were the names of Alexander Sokurov, Grigory Chkhartishvili, Danny Boyle and Christoph Martaler, denied the Ministry of Culture, and most of the persons mentioned in it will eventually take part in the work of the ICD.
At the disposal of Colta.ru was another document designed for internal use signed by Vladimir Aristarkhov - judging by the content, excerpts from an extended and supplemented version of the previously published official note. The fragment obtained by the editorial office includes the “black list” of the International Cultural Forum - 2017 according to the "Theater" section, as well as a brief description of its defendants, equipped with links in the video and quotes from the press. According to our information, this is only a small part of a large -scale dossier collected for each of the MKF sections - it is quite obvious, however, that the work on it does not come down to utilitarian tasks to prepare and conduct a specific Ministry of Culture: a list of “enemies of Russian culture” in the department began to prepare for a long time, plannedly replenishing and updating it.
Many images indicate the initial mood of the authors to create a product of radical art, breaking a positive construct of a classic work.
This material is not even so much with the sensational composition of the “black list”-among others, the artistic director MDT Lev Dodin , the founder of the dramatic art school, Anatoly Vasiliev , the BDT Andrey Mogeliy , the artistic and the Gogol Center, Kirill Serebrennikov and the director Dmitry Krymov , are included in it. The Ministry of Culture also perceives how the activities of the key figures of the modern Russian theater interprets. The language and style of the official note, looking like an exemplary example of “art history in civilian clothes”, turn it into an impressive document of the era.
Today we publish the whole document in the form in which it entered the editor, and also give the decoding of its most indicative fragments. The text is printed in the source.

The production of D. Krymov "in his own words. A. Pushkin, “Eugene Onegin”. ” Laboratory of Dmitry Krymov Theater "School of Dramatic Art", Moscow
The performance is a claim to a new interpretation of Pushkin’s novel with elements of literary and psychological immersion in the work. However, many images (Pushkin’s clown, moving on the conveyor of the Tatyana doll, the corpse of Lensky, the grave of Tatyana’s parents, Olga's doll; then will appear: Cheburashka - Onegin (also on the conveyor), a doll of a long -legged ballerina, the corpse of the uncle on the table) talk about the original mood of the radical art product, which breaks the positive design of the classical works. The authors use anti -aesthetic forms, most likely intentionally creating a depressive perception. It is surprising that the performance does not have an age limit index and is intended for the children's festival.
The production of D. Krymov "in his own words. N. Gogol, “Dead Souls” (history of the gift) ”. Theater "School of Dramatic Art", Moscow
The performance in a sarcastic and mocking manner uses the images of Pushkin and Gogol.
