“The ECHR registered our complaint against a fine of 800 thousand rubles, and was also notified of the court decision that authorized the blocking of Telegram. We were offered to file a full complaint about this on a separate form," told TASS . lawyer Damir Gainutdinov
Earlier, the FSB of Russia sent a request to the CEO of the company Pavel Durov about the need to provide information for decoding messages in relation to six numbers that use this messenger. The request was not fulfilled within the specified period.
