Transpenseri International managed to collect a million rubles for compensation for the rector of the Mining University

The Russian unit of the Transpenseri International organization managed to collect 1 million rubles. to compensation awarded by the court in favor of the rector of the St. Petersburg Mining University Vladimir Litvinenko. This was announced by the head of the company's division Elena Panfilova.

Recall that Litvinenko filed a lawsuit to protect the honor, dignity and business reputation against Transpenseri International-Russia, Delovoy Petersburg newspapers and Offshore-Nen.ru website in September 2017. Litvinenko demanded that the information set forth in the Transpenseri investigation “billionaire from the mountain” was unreliable.

This material was dedicated to real estate transactions, which, according to Transpenseri, Litvinenko concluded as a rector of the Mining University, and which led to the fact that an elite residential complex was built on university island on the University Land on the Vasilievsky Island.

The court recognized the facts from the investigation of Transpenseri, but demanded that the organization pay compensation for mentioning Litvinenko in the material about the main “corruption cases of 2016”.
