The State Duma finally approved the "law against Apple"

The State Duma today approved in the third final reading a bill on the mandatory pre -installation of Russian applications to smartphones sold in the country. He must enter into force on July 1, 2020.

• The document began to be called the "law against Apple" because the pre -installation of third -party applications diverges with the policy of the American company: shewarned that she would leave the Russian market. It is not yet clear how the law will work - everything will depend on the specifics, which should be registered in by -laws, the source familiar with the position of the company said on Wednesday.
