The document, as our Russian colleagues are expressed, has repeatedly paraphized. But no one wants to recall in the Russian Foreign Ministry now that each new stroke of the Voroninsky pen under the text of the memorandum was accompanied by the oral commentary of Dmitry Nikolayevich approximately the following content: “Cross out this, enter it, and then, after making the document, we will all outplay, we need to agree with this now to agree, and then, before the official signing, we will do so, so, we will do so, so, so, we do so, so, so, we do it, so, we do it.
